Delivery of Digital Products
All products for sale at natalieinstitches.com are digital PDF files and will be delivered to you electronically.
Upon completion of payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation, order number, and an email link to download your products for personal use only. You will receive your order and order details immediately after purchase.
The products you’ve purchased will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. There is no delivery charge for digital products.
If you choose to open an account at checkout, your purchases will also be stored in your account. You can access your account at any time by clicking the ‘My Account’ link (listed under ‘Shop’ in the top navigation menu) and entering the password you set at the time of your purchase or account opening. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the prompts to reset it.
If you have any difficulties downloading your purchases, please contact me via the contact form below, or email me directly by replying to the order confirmation address. Please state your order number so that I can find your transaction details as quickly as possible.
