* **Digital Products:** Knitting patterns, downloadable guides, and course materials are supplied strictly as digital goods.
* **Physical Print Books:** Physical books are custom printed on demand and dropshipped via our third-party print supplier, **Bookvault**, directly to the address supplied at checkout.
* **Accuracy of Shipping Details:** You are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping address details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

## 3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including downloadable PDF knitting patterns, physical book print editions, video masterclasses, written lessons, course curriculums, and imagery—is the sole intellectual property of **Natalie Warner / Natalie in Stitches** and is protected under UK and international copyright law.
### Permitted Use (Personal License)
* **Personal Use:** Patterns (whether digital or in printed books) and course materials are licensed for single-user, personal use only.
* **Finished Garments:** You are welcome to sell small, handmade quantities of finished garments created from my patterns, provided credit is given to **Natalie in Stitches** as the designer.
### Prohibited Use
* You may **not** scan, copy, share, re-sell, re-distribute, or upload digital files or printed book content to third-party file sharing sites, guilds, or groups.

## 4. Payment & Pricing
* Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees for physical books are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
* Payments are processed securely via **WooPayments / Stripe**.
* For digital products, completing your checkout and initiating immediate access constitutes an explicit waiver of the standard 14-day statutory cancellation period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

## 5. Refunds & Damaged Items
* **Digital Items & Courses:** Subject to our Delivery, Refunds & Returns Policy. Downloadable items and accessed course materials are non-refundable.
* **Physical Print Books:** Print-on-demand books are non-returnable for simple change of mind. Damaged, misprinted, or defective books will be replaced free of charge upon receipt of photo proof within 14 days of delivery.
