Astrid Bracke | Natalie Warner on running a slow, gentle and profitable business

Astrid Bracke specialises in mentoring small business owners, particularly about creating a bespoke model that supports their human needs and the needs of their business. Having this freedom and agency takes a bit of getting used to, and I really enjoyed reflecting on the ways in which I’ve built things up – as well as warning signs I need to watch out for in myself.
