Frosty is a rhythmic chunky lace scarf knitting pattern.  The main texture is abbreviated with edgings and diamonds of moss stitch that echo the chevron stripes.

The strong style lines and generous width of Frosty make it a perfect accessory for colder days.  Be sure to choose a cosy yarn with excellent stitch definition.  That way you can show off your stitchwork and keep your neck warm!

The photographed sample was knitted in Rowan Cocoon, which is now discontinued.  I recommend West Yorkshire Spinners Re:Treat Chunky Roving as the nearest match.  You’ll need about 3 balls of this yarn if you don’t alter the length of Frosty.
